Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your Graham’s purchase!

* You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags attached within 20 days of receiving your package or in-store purchase.

* Online orders returned to us for a refund will be charged a processing fee of $15. This fee will include your return shipping label. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.

* Items not returned in their original condition with original tags still attached will have an additional $10 damage/ cleaning fee deducted from the refund total.

* Please note shipping fees are non refundable for returns on sale priced and discounted merchandise.

 

* Purchases made November1 - December 31 may be returned through January 31.

* We stand behind our merchandise. If a product is defective within a reasonable amount of time beyond the 20-day window, contact us.

How to Make a Return for a Refund:

Email grahamsdbq@gmail.com with subject line RETURN.

Provide your Name, Address, Phone and Order Number and a brief explanation for the return i.e. fit, color, wrong item in the email. 


* We will email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label that you can print and tape to the original package. Please remove all stickers from outside the box before affixing the return label.

* If you’d like an exchange, we must receive and process your returned items first and then the new items can be ordered online, picked up in store, or delivered to you locally for free.

* If you’ve received a gift, a Graham’s Gift Card will be issued for store credit.

** Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box. Do not use the shoe box as your return shipping box.


Online orders can be returned or exchanged at Graham’s Store at 890 Main Street, Dubuque, IA 52001 following the above conditions.
